Four principles behind every programme
These are the decisions that shape how sessions are planned, how progress is measured and what we recommend to families.
Performance and wellbeing are one system
A student who cannot start, cannot focus or cannot sleep will underperform regardless of how well a topic was taught. We treat study systems and academic content as parts of the same problem.
Teach the method, not just the answer
Every session aims to leave the student able to attempt the next question alone. Dependence on a tutor is a design failure, not a business model.
Evidence over folklore
Retrieval practice, spacing and interleaving are well supported by research. Re-reading and highlighting are not. We build around what holds up.
Honest about limits
We provide educational coaching, not clinical care, and we say so plainly. When a family needs a GP or school counsellor, that is the recommendation they get.
How we work
Online, small and structured
Everything runs live on Zoom. Groups are capped so marked work and individual attention remain possible, and every programme begins with a diagnostic rather than an assumption.
Live, not recorded
Sessions are taught in real time so students can ask, be questioned and be corrected in the moment.
Capped group sizes
Tuition groups are limited to eight; crash-course cohorts to between twelve and twenty depending on format.
Written follow-up
Notes, worked solutions and next steps are shared after sessions, so progress is visible at home.
Referrals
Refer a friend
Most families arrive because someone recommended us. The referral programme recognises that.
Share your code
Every enrolled family gets a personal referral code (for example MENSSANA-REFER).

The code is entered at checkout and applies automatically to eligible programmes.

Both families receive a programme credit after a qualifying enrolment.
